Control Loss

You, the claims adjuster, should:

  1. Develop customized loss control service plans in partnership with your customers.
  2. Provide direction and support to management and supervisors about Safety Training.
  3. Provider the employer with OSHA regulations (Federal, CalOSHA, and state specific).
  4. Provide a preliminary evaluation of noise level.
  5. Investigate accidents with serious injuries to identify root causes and corrective action plans.
  6. If the claim seems unusual, send out an alert to the Special Investigations Unit.
