Mid-Course Evaluation

At the end of the final session, you will be asked to fill out an official, anonymous evaluation.
In the meantime, here is an unofficial, anonymous mid-course evaluation.
The purpose is to enable the instructor to improve the course for the remaining weeks.
Please bring a printout of this evaluation to the fifth class meeting (16-February-2010) and put it in the large envelope while the instructor is not in the room.
Do not write your name on this evaluation.
